Just boiled the ribs for 2-1/2 hours. Cavenders/olive oil/onion rub. Now it sits till dinner time BBQ.
I admit, I was deliberately suggestive. I even used the word 'pork' (which I hate!) to make it sound even more disgusting. That's how I roll today, my last day off.
At least something's getting rubbed. I think I just gagged a little.
