A Six-Word Memoir® is the story of your life—some part of it or all of it—told in exactly six words.

In classrooms and boardrooms, churches and synagogues, veteran's groups and across the dinner table, Six-Word Memoirs have become a powerful tool to catalyze conversation, spark imagination or simply break the ice.

Here on Six Words, we offer a simple platform to share the short, sharp story of your life, as well as provide daily prompts to share your six-word takes on the topics of our times.

More than half a million short stories have been shared here. Read more about six.

So give six a try—and make your words count.

WestBoro-Baptists, Fuck-off, God'll decide who's damned

by PrincessLief on October 12, 2011   |  FacebooktwitterTumblr

I'm so sick of hearing and seeing the WestBoro church, I was always told that God is the true judge of sins, and that those who damn others to hell are really damning themselves. If men want to be with men or women be with women, let them, it's their choice. If God wants to send them to hell, then that's his call, not ours, so just let Him make that choice. It hurts me as a military child to see them defiling the memories of our loved ones. I don't think they would like it if I went to one of their family member's funeral and slander their name. Our soldiers died so that they have the right to protest, they should atleast honor their sacrifice. and if they hate how America is idolized, then why dont they go to another country that doesnt idolize their country-- they probably wont find one. I love our freedom of speech, but people shoud really learn how to use it properly.
