Overweight, but fearful of food obsession.

My doctor says I'm overweight. My physio says I'm not. The last thing I want to be is one of those tortured souls that study the nutritional information labels on food packaging, or load my dinner plate up with those alien green, orange and yellow things called "vegetables".
