Changed baby's diaper; changed mom's too........

My mother was 43 when I was born. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and was in the advanced stage when I had my first child at 36 so I've had to learn to change diapers at both ends of the spectrum of life. The sadness is overwhelming at times, but the beautiful memories of my mother's love and her courage to stand in the line of fire for her family inspires me to be the best mother that I can be. Mom, I love you and I remember.......
