Teenager doesn't need that much horsepower!

I saw a teenage boy with a brand new tricked out Mustang car in the school parking lot. And even in the parking lot, he was showing off his 'manhood' by revving up the engine. How silly. This boy is asking for an accident, especially being a newbie driver with loads of horsepower.
