Couldn't even afford used tarnished armor.

On the Mickey Mouse Club, saw a report about some boy somewhere who had a suit of armor and a pony, and was in a jousting contest, trying to spear rings while riding past them. I wanted such a get up, including the horse, but Santa was not forthcoming. Another childhood wish not realized. Perhaps for the best.
