A Six-Word Memoir® is the story of your life—some part of it or all of it—told in exactly six words.

In classrooms and boardrooms, churches and synagogues, veteran's groups and across the dinner table, Six-Word Memoirs have become a powerful tool to catalyze conversation, spark imagination or simply break the ice.

Here on Six Words, we offer a simple platform to share the short, sharp story of your life, as well as provide daily prompts to share your six-word takes on the topics of our times.

More than half a million short stories have been shared here. Read more about six.

So give six a try—and make your words count.

Office drug dealer. Getting a rep.

A carry a wide array of over the counter drugs (in small quantities) in my purse. If what ails you is not enough to keep you or send you home (or to the hospital) the chances are very good that I have a pill that will ease your pain or discomfort in by bag of tricks. A product of being a mommy first -- yes I do have a band-aid, and a tissue too -- and generally believing there is a pill for anything that ails you, and if one is good two is almost always better. My children will tell you that my answer to ever complaint is "take some Motrin." Come to think of it, I am kind of pusher at home too.
