Train: fine. Barking dog: &@!$ no!

I have new neighbors who unfortunately have a dog. At 4 a.m. This morning I learned he REALLY doesn't like trains. Not a good start to our mutual existence. He's been barking for the last 10 minutes because he can, I guess. I am... Discontent. I'm really hoping this is not a trend.
