Persistent spring mentality: snowy zoo outing!

This is the snow pile beside the walking path at the zoo today in St. Paul, Minnesota. There were some places where Olivia could have climbed the railings into the animal habitats if she's been mischievous enough. But at least we tried, and the indoor buildings almost felt like spring -- the zebra building was downright toasty! Bring on the sun and the snow melt.
