A Six-Word Memoir® is the story of your life—some part of it or all of it—told in exactly six words.

In classrooms and boardrooms, churches and synagogues, veteran's groups and across the dinner table, Six-Word Memoirs have become a powerful tool to catalyze conversation, spark imagination or simply break the ice.

Here on Six Words, we offer a simple platform to share the short, sharp story of your life, as well as provide daily prompts to share your six-word takes on the topics of our times.

More than half a million short stories have been shared here. Read more about six.

So give six a try—and make your words count.

We always record our shows, to have copies to submit for the awards and to sell to cast members who want them. Our videographer does a nice job...but I bet he wishes he got to record rehearsals sometimes. They've been getting out of hand of late. We've staged the show once, and been recorded. Now we open Sat. night to another sold out show, and are hoping to add a third viewing soon to accomodate those who couldn't get tickets.

But the cast is getting a little wild of late. The script is witty and edgy enough, but they are starting to play with the dialogue a little....and the result has everyone in stitches by the end of the night. Let's hope they can keep it under control this weekend, or this audience is going to get way more than they bargained for.
