Local cops have reputation for violence.

Many people told me of their encounters. One woman told me her sister died of a massive stroke while in their custody. The woman was in the Emergency room of a local hospital, in a stupor because of the massive stroke, the emergency room doctor said she was drunk, had the cops drag her to the jail, she died in custody. One of many.
