ANGER MGMT.: cursing my garden weeds...

I talk to myself a lot. I talk to the birds & the bees. I talk to plants & animals, even inanimate objects! fer crissake, thus grounding my conversation with the Universe.

In my ROCKY rose garden (just RAMBO-ling along) I happily curse at the weeds that threaten my rose bushes, discovering that by yelling at a particular weed ('Got you now, you sucker -I'm gonna dry you out & burn you to death, roots & all!) manages my anger...
