Where is justice for Antonio West?

While we're on the subject of hateful crimes. This 13-month-old BABY was SHOT IN THE FACE by two teenagers because his mom had no money to give them. Is that a race crime? Can we not say that because Antonio was white? Why isn't the whole country outraged over this case, too?
