A Six-Word Memoir® is the story of your life—some part of it or all of it—told in exactly six words.

In classrooms and boardrooms, churches and synagogues, veteran's groups and across the dinner table, Six-Word Memoirs have become a powerful tool to catalyze conversation, spark imagination or simply break the ice.

Here on Six Words, we offer a simple platform to share the short, sharp story of your life, as well as provide daily prompts to share your six-word takes on the topics of our times.

More than half a million short stories have been shared here. Read more about six.

So give six a try—and make your words count.

Lets try our hand at advertising!

by Believe on July 18, 2013   |  FacebooktwitterTumblr

The movie Crazy People featured a group of patients in a mental institution that came up with advertising slogans for major companies. "Volvo: Yes,they're boxy, but they're safe." And "Jaguar: For men who'd like hand jobs from women they hardly know."

And then there's Letterman's ads:
Campbell's Chunky Soup: just don't ask us why it's chunky.

Floss: so people that visit will think you floss.

Johnson & Johnson: because one Johnson is never enough.

White-out: you don't need this product anymore.

So now it's our turn! Come up with a slogan for a well known product.
