Lost weight and keeping it off!

In February of 2010 I started the journey of losing my excessive weight, I tried a lot of unconventional diet to shed the excess weight. Eventually, I found what works through some my mistakes. At the beginning of my journey I was 180 pounds My goal was to reach 119 pounds by march of 2011. In February of 2011 I was around 137 pounds achieving 80 % of my goal. However an unfortunate event happened , that month, my 48 years old husband of 11, years died in his sleep suddenly. Left alone with 2 young girls it become very important to complete what I have started. Although I could not reach my target goal by march of 2011, but I was able to reach my goal around June of that year.
I find out that losing weight is no easy task, keeping it off is another challenge on itself.
It is a daily challenge to keep it off, there cannot be a break from keeping off the weight. We cannot say we are on vacation therefore we do not need to brush our teeth, when we get home we will resume brushing our teeth.
