We spend way too much time worrying about what's going to happen in the future. Or what has happened. We can't. The more we do, the worse we stress. The more we can't sleep and get what we need. We need to learn to think about the now. And not miss out on what's going on in our lives. With our friends, families and what's going on in the Earth around us. Good or bad, because one day. We're going to miss it. And all the wonderful experiences that we've gained from it. Thank everything around you for the now. Weither you're thankful at the moment, or not.
