A Six-Word Memoir® is the story of your life—some part of it or all of it—told in exactly six words.

In classrooms and boardrooms, churches and synagogues, veteran's groups and across the dinner table, Six-Word Memoirs have become a powerful tool to catalyze conversation, spark imagination or simply break the ice.

Here on Six Words, we offer a simple platform to share the short, sharp story of your life, as well as provide daily prompts to share your six-word takes on the topics of our times.

More than half a million short stories have been shared here and on SmithTeens. Read more about six.

So give six a try—and make your words count.

If you've ever loved a Scorpio...

by Solstice22 on October 22, 2013   |  FacebooktwitterTumblr

You will never be the same! You can try to get them out of your heart, but once they stake a claim, they're heartowners for life. At least that has been my experience and they absolutely do own a piece of my heart. I can't shake them loose. I have loved two Scorpios in my lifetime (not at the same time! 20 years apart) and while we have long since parted ways, every year at this time my thoughts drift to those Scorpio days. Big sigh!
Wishing all Scorpios a very happy birthday in the coming weeks!
