Pint of Haagen-Das kind of lonesome.

by ShellDeFelice on November 28, 2013   |  FacebooktwitterTumblr

Chips and salsa and a pint of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, not your traditional Thanksgiving dinner. I counted my blessings today. Healthy thriving kids, clean running water, stocked pantry, full tank of gas...the list could go on. I do have to own , that although I will "make up" Thanksgiving tomorrow with friends and family, it did feel sad to be alone today.

Slight melancholy, nothing a glass of red wine and an entire pint of Haagen-Das won't cure!
