Problem: can't fly. Solution: remove anchor.

I've been desperately trying to be positive and truly embrace life and everything in it - 'flying' - but something has been weighing me down, like a dark cloud hanging over me and telling me that it would just be better to go back to bed today - depression is my 'anchor'.

Now just to resolve the issue of how to go about kicking depression once and for all...
