SIX WORD » LIFE

Barefoot by the gooseberry patch, feasting.

by Alysasuh on September 3, 2014   |  FacebooktwitterTumblr

My grandma passed away at the beginning of this year. Over the past few months, I've had this recurring memory of my time spent in the backyard of her old house, which had a huge garden and was covered in flowers. Part of this involved a gooseberry bush, and never in my life have I even seen gooseberries outside of her backyard. I miss those days that I could spend sitting by that bush and eating the berries; they were delicious.
