If you were to throw up your hands in exasperation and yell \"it's the story of my life,\" what would you be talking about? When I'm not open to serendipity and try to force movement, nothing happens. When I let go and just follow the secrets in the wind, I end up in the last place one would expect, like Mongolia. Or I get a job ghost-writing books. Or I end up getting married. Things like that. When I let go, I go far. When I force movement, I stay put.
Besides SMITH, I read stories at: bookstores. other people's houses, sitting cross-legged on the floor.
In bed I like to read: Anything by Carson McCullers
My favorite story of all time is: \"Jonathan Livingston Seagull\" by Richard Bach
Right now, I'm reading: \"Freedom\" by Jonathon Franzen
