Hello Sixers! We're gradually chipping away at tech glitches and unexpected challenges of the redesign. I've received a number of emails with specific issues, and if I haven't replied thanks for resending your note. For now, I want to ask people *specifically* about mobile — iPhone, other phones, iPad, other tablets, etc.
If you're having trouble logging on via mobile can you either send a new note to concierge@smithmag.net or let me know in the comments here? What we need to know is:
1. Device
2. Operating system
3. Browser
4. The problem
Note: If you're logged onto SWM on a computer and then go to the site via a phone or tablet, when you return to the computer you will have been logged out (and visa versa if you go from tablet to computer). But the system should *not* log you out if you remain on the site on that device, even if you close the browser.
