Guilty Pleasures: So Bad, It's Good

When you're overwhelmed by deadlines, obligations, and stress, you might find yourself indulging in guilty pleasures. Guilty pleasure can manifest as sneaking the last slice of pumpkin pie, buying yourself a new leather-bound journal, or re-watching all nine seasons of The Office. Sure, we may feel bad for enjoying ourselves, yet these small pleasures that we label "guilty" can yield heaps of happiness and even improve our mental health. For SixContest #148, we'd like to hear all about your guilty pleasures!

How does your guilty pleasure manifest? Is it lazy afternoons eating peanut butter out of the jar and surfing Zillow for dream homes? Or rejoicing in buckets of buttered popcorn and Twilight movie marathons? Do you share guilty pleasures with your family and friends or are they a solo affair?

If you'd like to share a backstory (we love reading them!), be sure to submit your entry as a Six and include the link to the Backstory in the comments below. Share as many stories as you like, but do post only one entry per comment.

Remember to tag us and include #GuiltyPleasuresinSix when posting your Six Words to Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
