After traumatic experience (sexual assaults) in my late teens I felt broken for years. I was numbed out and erratic from the impact of PTSD. Through a winding road that brought me through many countries, living in a variety of cities, and meeting people that informed my journey for better or worse I found my way back home. I was able to heal, repair and become open to loving another and accepting real love in return. In the exploration of worldly love my faith in something greater than worldly life was opened and in a renewed relationship and exploration of God I found a more profound way to love--in marriage, friendship, and in a revitalized general compassion for humanity.
