I've always found with every horrible moment I've been through, it makes the good times feel so much better, and when things seem as if they'll never get better again, I just remember the good moments and have faith that ones like that will return. I take one of the happiest moments and save it for when I'm upset, then when I remember it, everthing becomes more \"under-control\".
