I suffered from major depression for over a year. It was recently that I learned happiness comes from within. In order to become happy, you must have faith in yourself. I had an encouraging voice in my head. The voice offered me a helping hand. Thanks to that voice, I found happiness. Faith replaced my sorrow with everlasting happiness. :)
