Athumani Mkambala stands with his family. As chairman of Magda village committee, he remembers the promises made by the biofuels company to build clinics, construct schools, roads, and boreholes for clean water and to provide employment and livelihood opportunities. “All these promises remain empty,” says Athumani.

Biofuels add more CO2 to the environment in almost all cases than they save. They add immeasurably to human suffering, reduce the people's ability to provide for themselves and increase the bottom line profit for those companies who are cashing in on the eco frenzy generated by lies, hype and fraud supported by modified datasets and the alarmism of corrupt scientists on the climate alarmist's gravy train of grants, donations and corruption.
