You have read my darkest moments, my happiest, and my guiltiest. When I have no words, somehow Six of them show up. And when I have too many words being jumbled in my head at once, I shake off all that extra gunk and suddenly there is only Six- Six words to sum up a part of my Soul. We have all realized that when we have to sum up only Six words, there is no room for hate or anger. It makes you think about what you would say to someone if you could only say Six words? Would you really yell at them like you did? Call them that awful word just to make them feel bad? On a daily basis we all hear some sort of fighting, arguing, and tension. In this community though, we don’t have any of that. We have all come together to share a part of us that we might not even share with our husbands, wives, best friend, etc. Daily we read a piece of someone’s life that we don’t even know, yet we Respect them and support them and take their words and let it open up apart of ourselves. You have all opened up apart of myself that I didn’t know was in me. You have all done that because I have read your darkest moments, your happiest and your guiltiest. When you have no words, somehow Six of them show up. And when you have too many words jumbled in your head at once, you shake off all that extra gunk and suddenly there is only Six words; Six to sum up your soul. Six words to open up mine. Six words is all I needed to connect to every one of you. Thank you, Sixers, for creating and sustaining a community that has helped me pull apart myself and love the pieces that I find. Thank you for creating probably the only place on Earth you will find Peace.
I’m always listening to you, stranger.
