At Walmart, hid from news cameras.

After a lovely dinner at an elegant restaurant, I had the bright idea to get a Christmas tree. The only place open was Walmart. The prior week, I saw a huge outdoor tent of Christmas trees being set-up in the parking lot. So I said to James, \"lets be smarter than all the idiots who will be lining up to shop first thing in the morning because I won't go near a store or mall on Black Friday.\" So off we go to be so, so smart. We get there and people are parking a block away to walk to Walmart because the store lot is completely full. We are now stuck in a train of cars and end up in the parking lot. I'm still thinking that we can somehow get our damn Christmas tree. James is handicapped so he is optimistic that we will be able to get a handicap parking spot. This is Walmart. There are NO handicapped spots left. You know, the typical person in a wheelchair on oxygen going into the store for cigarettes. It takes us 15 just to get out of the lot WITHOUT a Christmas tree and only two cuss words. As we get near the store, there they are, all the local News stations with cameras rolling. I am horrified. I duck and say to James, \"I don't want my friends to see me at WALMART on Thanksgiving eve on the evening news. I have my pride.\"
