Found an apartment that we love. It's close by, all hardwood floors, gorgeous kitchen, beautiful paint colors, fenced-in backyard, a block and a half from the park, well-within our price range.

There is an ambulance company four blocks away.

I know better than to believe that anything will go according to plan or the way we think we want it, but I want this so badly.
