This was Wench's question for me at Katz's Deli. My answer? I'm so much older with so much practice. Had never been to Katz's. I think their pastrami is awesome but probably prefer the open-face reuben at the Carnegie. Truth? I prefer the one requiring the shortest walk or cab ride.
