I usually finish my day with a 'count my blessings' exercise. A gratitude attitude. Helps keep me balanced, or so I like to believe, and settles my head before bed. So ...
... when the repair man said he'd not seen this particular problem before in a dishwasher, I sighed.
Neither watch worked this morning
The string on the bedroom shade broke
The handle on the storm door broke
AND, I have the worst haircut on record.
Sigh.
It's not been a fun day.
At the end of the day, I will still find many things for which I am grateful - inanimate objects, likely not among them.
