My daughter is weird. It's as if she doesn't see things \"the right way\". Case in point, this morning, as she was putting pipe cleaners into her hair I asked her \"why are you doing that?\". Her answer, if you can call it that, was \"because I've never seen anyone else wear pipe cleaners in their hair.\" I responded with a gentle warning that the children that don't wear pipe cleaners in there hair may find that unusual. She responded with \"we won't know until I go to school wearing pipe cleaners.\" She's original. She's unusual. She's creative. But most of all, she is brave.
