Zeppelin isn't resolving this communication breakdown.

Maybe I need advice, maybe I just need to vent, but I work with some people who just do not communicate effectively. These three women in particular can't seem to put together a concise statement, speak in coherent phrases, or stop talking after saying something once. I try to get them to stop by saying, \"I understand\" or \"Sure\" or \"No Problem\" or \"gotcha\" or \"I agree\" or some other generic, \"stop spewing verbal diarrhea at me\" phrase and they just don't stop. They keep repeating in complicated, garbled, scattered words that are supposed to portray simple information. I do (some how) understand what the message is 100% of the time, the problem is getting them to stop saying it for 15 minutes in nonsensical verbosity.
