It is so quiet, crawling back from death's bed.Last week I was drowning in the noise a hospital makes. Bustling nurses, concerned doctors, dripping IVs, blood pressure alarms...a never ending cacophony. Now, I am home, putting back the pieces of a body ravaged by an infection gone sepsis. And the quiet is like none other. Another chance to hear and see clearly. Stepping out and off the tracks.
