I grew up in a violent neighborhood where fighting was the norm. Weary of the atmosphere, I moved, and escaped. Having done so, I learned the value of peace, and realized that war, on all accounts, is a memetic sense of ego and selfishness. I think the next step in our evolution is not one of physical mutation, but emotional and psychical.
