My floor is very, VERY creaky. I don't see the point in getting my floorboards sanded and polished when some of them may need to be fixed or replaced. Given the floor is really 'common property', I figure our owners corporation should pay the bill for the repair work. Once that's done i'll be able to show a few billion dust mites the door.
