Well, I finished my first ever triathlon and couldn't be happier. I had so much fun and beat my goal time. I placed 6th out of 43 women in my age group which I am very proud of, I was just happy to finish! I decided to start training for a triathlon to gain confidence and I can say I have gained much more than just that. This experience has been life changing. I can't wait for triathlon number two next month (which is a bit longer and more challenging course...yikes). Here's to new adventures!
