Saturdays at work we close at 12noon and just cross our fingers the mail is delivered before we close. Today, my co-worker calls me at 11:20 and says, \"Get me the mail, please.\" I replied, \"I'm closing my eyes, clicking my heels together and saying, Carmen, bring the mail...\"(Carmen is our mail carrier).
My co-worker said don't think too hard, don't want a house to fall on you. I told her that only happens for Red, Rudy slippers, I have blue suede shoes and Elvis brings the mail. I hung up the phone chuckling and in walks Carmen.
I looked at her as I dialed the phone and announced to my co-worker, \"Elvis is in the building, with the mail. Blue Suede shoes really work! :)
