Another is memoir created by my boss overseas. They've hired me as their property manager while they are away. In the last few days, I've fixed a washing machine (woo-hoo!), a stove (another woo-hoo!), a broken drawer, and started to texture a wall. I don't know who is more impressed...me, the tenants, or my boss. Even the tenants keep asking where I learn all this stuff.
