Suzie and I spent a couple of hours viewing works of Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera, and other notable Mexican artists at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. Then we had soup, salad, and a chocolate chip cookie for lunch at The Nelson's Rozzelle Court Restaurant. The art and the chow were delightful. What a great afternoon it was, and we have my artist daughter, Erin, to thank for it. Frida is her favorite artist, and she told me she'd spank me if I didn't go to see the exhibition. It was great. Thanks, Erin.
