Banning the words \"worried\" and \"enough\"

Good enough, producing enough, big enough, strong enough, loving enough... they are all ways of saying, intentionally or not, you are not able to do this. And that is the absolute last thing I need to hear. It is not my fault that Little Man was skinny. He threw up. His pediatrician said it was normal and he'd grow out of it, and he did. I do not want to be bullied or guilted or herded fearfully into choices for this baby because of that word. How about this. I am enough. I have always been enough. So while we're at it, I don't want to hear the word \"worried\" either. Not unless there's some informed medical knowledge about my specific pregnancy attached. Even then, I do not like that word. Let's agree to put that word away. Please.
