Yesterday I went to a funeral. It was sad but beautiful too. I realised that one thing I haven't done yet is organising my mum's funeral - the one thing the old folks home told me I should do early rather than when it happens so that the family can focus on grieving when the times comes and nothing else. So yesterday I approached the funeral person driving one of the cars and asked for a business card. As he searched for a card he said he's an embalmer and doesn't usually drive the cars. He handed me the card and he shook my hand. I felt he held my hand just a little too long and eye contact was a little too piercing.....
