Our morning walks used to take about a half hour. They are usually brisk with a few stops to greet the sights, sounds, and smells of our neighbourhood.
With the arrival of Fall, there is that expected plethora of smells, mixed with calling cards from other neighbourhood canines. The pace isn't as brisk, but I don't mind a leisurely stroll with a hundred stops ... really, I don't. It gives me time to just be.
