Heart mending with little breakthrough pain.

The last few years in my life have been some the most difficult. I went through a divorce, lost my father and grandmother, and sent my oldest child off to college. At times, I felt as if I might actually die from my heart breaking. Learning how to deal with loss and change has been excruciating. I'm just now starting to feel like I'm bouncing back and that I'm going to be okay. The knot in my stomach is loosening. I'm beginning to be able face life straight on again. However, I still have moments when I feel that ache and pain in my heart. I still feel loss. I still have difficulty adjusting to change, but at least for now I know I'll be alright.
