A Six-Word Memoir® is the story of your life—some part of it or all of it—told in exactly six words.

In classrooms and boardrooms, churches and synagogues, veteran's groups and across the dinner table, Six-Word Memoirs have become a powerful tool to catalyze conversation, spark imagination or simply break the ice.

Here on Six Words, we offer a simple platform to share the short, sharp story of your life, as well as provide daily prompts to share your six-word takes on the topics of our times.

More than half a million short stories have been shared here. Read more about six.

So give six a try—and make your words count.

"My love is in your heart"

by oopsalittle on February 14, 2014   |  FacebooktwitterTumblr

Our Valentines evening - last night we spent the evening at a gig that John was playing at. We invited some friends along - including my mate D. He's a wonderful young man 24yo with autism. I first met him in my class when he was six. Now we are best friends.
They gave out heart chocolates through the evening and he gave his to me. Later he took it back and ate it. I jokingly acted hurt - and he said "don't worry my love is in your heart" .......
a short pause and then he added "and your chocolate is in my stomach" hahahahaha
