Summer is here, and so is the sunshine,. You never know when something bright and new will light up your life (or leave you a little burned). For SixContest #125, it's time to soak up the sun and share your sun stories in six words.

Is there someone that radiates kindness around you and brings light to your life all year round? Someone you cannot live about? This person could even be yourself—sometimes, you make up your own sunshine. Take the time to appreciate the little suns in your life.

And let's not forget about our natural source of light, the sun. Share with us a memory in the sunshine (literally) that burned you, or a wonderful sunny day where you caught a nice tan. Paint us the perfect sunset or sunrise, with all the red, yellows, purples, and pinks coloring the sky. Anything goes, but be sure to include some variation of "sun" in your stories: sunny, sunlight, sunburned, sunflower, sunset—describe your sunshine in six!
