3-D art is close to my most favorite class and we finally made it to lampworking, in english: making beads using a natural gas torch. I can't make my beads very even yet, but today was my second day. I tried making two beads of the same size on the same rod, but it didn't work well, one bead was big, the other tiny and lopsided. I just need more practice. I really prefer my beads irregular and whatever shape gravity pulls into them, but the assignment is to make perfectly round beads.
