Separation from the one I loved resulted in a period of sadness, regret and essential self questioning, which led me to the realization that the separation was the break I needed to rise to a new level of personal growth in all aspects of my life. It was an essential exposure, as is the case of the underground orchid; when the top soil was removed the true me was revealed to myself and the world.
