“Twenties? So hip. Fifties? Sore hips.” The Best Six-Word Memoirs of the Week

This week, the nation celebrated the lives of those who served in the military, the ‘This Guy Has My MacBook’ guy celebrated getting back his MacBook, and lovers of the doughnut celebrated its holiday. Like the people in the headlines, SMITH writers have their own celebrations, big and small, but they share theirs in the form of Six-Word Memoirs. Below are the best stories of the week ending on June 3. For more reading, click on each author’s name.

Best Collaboration: “Bride, thanks to God and eharmony.” –Jeco

Kudos to each Smith writer in this week’s The Best Six-Word Memoirs of the Week, for June 3, 2011. Enjoyed reading them all, and in some cases, commenting on them as well.
